Frequently Ask Questions

Those burning questions answered

Q: I can't find my ticket/s in my email

A: First check your spam /junk folder to see if they have landed in there. If you still cannot find them please get in contact here

Q: Can we camp next to our car.

A: The camp site and the car parks are separate. The first car park is about 230 metres away from festival and camping fields, with second car park 400 metres away. Any tents pitched in the car parks will be removed.

Q: What time can I arrive, and when does the festival start?

A: The gates to the camp site open at 12pm, and the festival site opens at 5pm with the first main stage act starting at 6:30pm.

Q: Do you sell day tickets?

A: We only sale day tickets for the Sunday

Q: What is the maximum number of minors that I am allowed to supervise as a responsible adult?

A: A 21+ adult can supervise up to 3 minors at the festival.

Q: Can I have a campfire or BBQ?

A: Gas or Charcoal burning BBQs are OK, disposable BBQs are not (they are an extreme fire risk). We hate to smother your bonfire, but we have to say a BIG NO to open fires, candles and Chinese lanterns. Don't change gas canisters in your tent or use inside your caravan

Q: Is there a cash machine?

A: We don't have a cash machine on site. The nearest cash machine is in Cheddar 1 mile up the road.

Q: Will there be medical support on site for emergencies?

A: A team of first aiders will be on site during the whole festival, but they don't keep prescription medication so make sure you bring your own supply for the festival.

Hopefully we have been able to answer some of your questions. If not please use the form on the contact page.
